Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Payment Policy – Miss Cosmetics Training This Cancellation Policy forms part of the terms and conditions governing your enrolment on the 1-2-1 Nanoblading and Microblading Training Course provided by Miss Cosmetics (“we”, “us”, “our”). By booking and paying your deposit, you (“the student”, “you”, “your”) acknowledge and agree to the following: 1. Deposit & Balance Payments 1.1 A non-refundable deposit of £499 is payable at the time of booking to secure your training dates. 1.2 The remaining balance of £2,000 must be paid in full no later than 14 calendar days prior to the commencement date of your course. 1.3 Failure to pay the balance by this deadline will result in the automatic cancellation of your training place, with the deposit forfeited. 2. Cancellations by the Student 2.1 All deposits are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances, in accordance with UK consumer law exceptions for bespoke or date-specific services (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013). 2.2 Once the balance has been paid, no refunds will be issued in the event of cancellation by the student. 2.3 Training dates are confirmed at the time of booking. Date changes are not permitted, except in circumstances deemed exceptional and unforeseen, at the sole discretion of Miss Cosmetics. Proof of such circumstances may be requested. 3. Cancellations or Changes by Miss Cosmetics 3.1 In the unlikely event that we need to cancel or reschedule your training, you will be offered either: a full refund of any monies paid, or the option to transfer to alternative dates. 3.2 We will not be liable for any consequential losses (including travel, accommodation, or loss of earnings) incurred by the student in relation to such cancellation or rescheduling. 4. Student Responsibilities 4.1 It is your responsibility to ensure that you are available for the agreed training dates. 4.2 By booking, you confirm that you are over 18 years of age and legally able to enter into this agreement. 4.3 You are required to attend the training in full; failure to attend, for any reason, will result in the forfeiture of all fees paid. 5. Governing Law This policy and any dispute arising from it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
