Appointment Terms and Conditions:

 

 

• A non-refundable deposit of £50 is required to secure your appointment, in line with industry standards

• Rescheduling requires a minimum of 7 days' notice to avoid the loss of the deposit.

​

 

• A cancellation fee of £50 is applicable for top-up appointments canceled without 7 days notice.

​

 

• Arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in the cancellation of the appointment and the loss of the deposit

 

• No-shows will result in the loss of deposit and full payment is required upfront prior to future appointments.

 

• Appointments should be attended alone, and no child under 16 is permitted to attend.

Previous SPMU (Semi-Permanent Makeup) Policy

 

• If you have had previous SPMU on your brows not done by myself, you must book a consultation before scheduling a treatment. This consultation is essential to assess whether I can work over your existing SPMU. 🚨 Failure to book a consultation before your appointment may result in your treatment being declined, and full payment of the booked service will still be required.

Training Course Terms and Conditions:

 

• A non-refundable booking deposit of £500 is required for training courses.
   

• Course dates cannot be changed once booked, and the remaining balance is due 14 days prior to the course start date.
   

Additional Information:

• Any top-up appointments booked after 8 weeks will be considered as an annual colour boost appointment.

​​

• Verbal abuse or aggressive behavior will not be tolerated under any circumstance.

​​
