Appointment Terms and Conditions:

A non-refundable deposit of £50 is required to secure your appointment, in line with industry standards

Rescheduling requires a minimum of 7 days' notice to avoid the loss of the deposit.

A cancellation fee of £50 is applicable for top-up appointments canceled without 7 days notice.

Arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in the cancellation of the appointment and the loss of the deposit

No-shows will result in the loss of deposit and full payment is required upfront prior to future appointments.

Appointments should be attended alone, and no child under 16 is permitted to attend.
Previous SPMU (Semi-Permanent Makeup) Policy

If you have had previous SPMU on your brows not done by myself, you must book a consultation before scheduling a treatment. This consultation is essential to assess whether I can work over your existing SPMU. 🚨 Failure to book a consultation before your appointment may result in your treatment being declined, and full payment of the booked service will still be required.
Training Course Terms and Conditions:

A non-refundable booking deposit of £500 is required for training courses.

Course dates cannot be changed once booked, and the remaining balance is due 14 days prior to the course start date.
Additional Information:

Any top-up appointments booked after 8 weeks will be considered as an annual colour boost appointment.

Verbal abuse or aggressive behavior will not be tolerated under any circumstance.
